1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- "Mindforge", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of this website and the provider of the programmes described herein.
- "User" or "you" refers to any individual who accesses the website or enrols in a programme.
- "Programme" refers to any of the three learning tracks offered by Mindforge: the AI Foundations Workshop, the Project Build Track, and the Mentor-Guided Engineering Programme.
- "Content" refers to all materials, exercises, documentation, and resources provided as part of a Programme.
- "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or submitting an enrolment enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or enrol in any Programme.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or enrol in any Mindforge Programme. By using this website, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Service Description
Mindforge operates as an online AI development school based in Nonthaburi, Thailand. We provide structured educational programmes in AI development and related software engineering topics. All Programmes are delivered online in English.
Programme availability may vary. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any Programme at any time, with reasonable notice to enrolled users where practical.
4. Enrolment and Accounts
Enrolment in a Programme begins following submission of an enquiry and confirmation of acceptance from Mindforge. You are responsible for providing accurate information during the enrolment process.
Access credentials provided for Programme materials are personal and may not be shared with third parties. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials.
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of this website and a learner on any Programme, you agree to:
- Use Programme materials for personal educational purposes only
- Not reproduce, resell, or distribute Content without prior written permission from Mindforge
- Not engage in conduct that disrupts the experience of other learners
- Not use this website for any unlawful purpose
- Submit your own work in exercises and builds; do not present the work of others as your own
- Treat instructors, mentors, and other learners with respect
6. Intellectual Property
All Content, including written materials, exercises, code examples, and structural elements of the Programmes, is the intellectual property of Mindforge unless otherwise stated. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content for your personal educational use during the programme period.
Project work you produce independently during a Programme remains your intellectual property. You grant Mindforge a non-exclusive licence to reference the general nature of your completed work for illustrative purposes, without identifying you or reproducing your specific code.
7. Payment Terms
Programme fees are listed in Thai Baht (THB) on our website. The current fees are:
- AI Foundations Workshop: ฿3,900 per enrolment
- Project Build Track: ฿17,200 per enrolment
- Mentor-Guided Engineering Programme: ฿34,000 per enrolment
Fees are payable in full prior to the start of a Programme unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment details will be confirmed at the time of enrolment.
Refunds
If you withdraw from a Programme before the start date, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment. After the Programme has commenced, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected].
8. Programme-Specific Terms
Completion
Completion of exercises and project submissions is at the learner's own pace within the programme duration. Mindforge does not issue formal certificates or qualifications. The primary output is the work produced during the Programme.
Mentor access
The Mentor-Guided Engineering Programme includes scheduled code review sessions. Sessions must be booked within the agreed programme window. Unused sessions do not carry over beyond the programme end date.
Academic integrity
Submitting AI-generated work or the work of others as your own is not acceptable. Mindforge reserves the right to remove access to a Programme without refund in cases where this is confirmed.
9. Disclaimers
Programmes are provided for general educational purposes. Mindforge makes no representation that completion of any Programme will produce specific professional or employment outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, prior background, and factors outside our control.
Content is provided in good faith and reviewed regularly, but we do not warrant that it is free from error or that it will meet every learner's specific requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, Mindforge's total liability to you in connection with any Programme or use of this website shall not exceed the fee paid by you for the relevant Programme.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of our website or Programmes, including loss of earnings or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindforge, its instructors, and staff from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of Programme materials.
12. Termination
Mindforge may suspend or terminate your access to a Programme without refund if you breach these Terms, particularly provisions relating to acceptable use and intellectual property.
You may withdraw from a Programme at any time by contacting [email protected]. Refund eligibility is governed by Section 7.
Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination of your enrolment or use of this website.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nonthaburi Province, Thailand.
Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage users to contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. We will aim to respond to complaints within 10 working days.
14. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mindforge regarding use of this website and Programme participation.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in future.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled learners by email where practical. Continued use of the website or Programme following the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
